The short version. Swarmlight has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers. We do not collect, store, or transmit anything about you. Your progress lives on your own device and nowhere else.
The app does show ads, and the advertising service we use — Google AdMob — collects data about your device in order to do that. That is the only data collection in the app, and you can limit it.
Swarmlight (“Swarmlight”, “the app”) is developed by Rohit Gupta. This policy explains what the app collects, who it goes to, and what you can do about it.
All of it is stored locally using your device’s standard app storage. It is not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not readable by us. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to. Deleting the app deletes it.
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process:
We do not receive this data individually. We see only aggregate reporting, such as how many ads were shown.
Google’s own policy governs how it handles this data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
The game plays identically whichever choices you make. Nothing is gated behind consent or tracking.
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. We do not sell personal data. We run no servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or to breach.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained under Google’s policy, linked above.
Swarmlight is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above changes with it, and the new version appears at this address.
